Bike Fitting
At Advanced Cycling we use the Bike Fit System and tools (wedges, goniometer, forefoot measuring device, laser ball, etc) on all of our bike fits.

Paul Swift, founder and owner of Bike Fit was in Fayetteville for a 2-day Intensive Training and Education session January 24th and 25th, 2009. Paul is one of the top bike fit specialists in the country. He has developed many products, tools and techniques over the years to make the science of bike fitting more precise. He performs bike fits on many professional and amateur riders all over the country and from all disciplines.
If you have any kind of foot, knee, arm, back and neck pain, want to maximize your power and your aerodynamic advantage, or are looking at purchasing your next bike, a bike fit can make a world of difference. During our interactive bike fits, we look at all aspects of your position. Some adjustments to the bicycle may be performed throughout the session and some may need to be performed by the rider at a later time, in which case the rider will have the detailed information required to make the changes.
Our rate for the bike-fitting service is $150 for a road bike and $175 for a time-trial bike. Depending on the number of adjustments, the session may last up to 3 hours, but generally between 2 and 2.5 hours.
