Training Plan Design
Training Plan Design sessions are a great option for self-coached cyclists who want an expert opinion on their current training. It is also a great option for cyclists who want to use a coach on a one-time or as-needed basis to prepare for a specific event without the additional considerations and commitments of a continuous coaching program.
Consulting and training plan design sessions are available at a rate of $50 per hour, excluding travel and expenses.
