skills, general nutrition, pre/post-event nutrition and hydration, off season training,
trainer/roller workouts, race tactics, specific skill development (pack riding,
sprinting, climbing and time trialing), equipment considerations, etc.
Training Plan Design
Training Plan Design sessions are a great option for self-coached cyclists who want
an expert opinion on their current training. It is also a great option for cyclists
who want to use a coach on a one-time or as-needed basis to prepare for a specific
event without the additional considerations and commitments of a continuous coaching
program.
Consulting sessions are available at a rate of $65 per hour, excluding travel and
expenses.
