About our Training Plans

A training plan is a fundamental component of a coaching program. The training plan not only contains the day-to-day workouts and their duration, intensity and frequency, but it is also where all the elements of our coaching approach come together. Each training plan follows judiciously the basic principles of training:

  • Individualization
  • Overload
  • Adaptation
  • Progression
  • Specificity
  • Reversibility

The training plan is adjusted periodically based on the coaching program you choose. We discuss your progress, concerns, reactions, and questions in person, over the phone or by e-mail, and we use your feedback, the training log and other analytical tools to measure your adaptation to the training load and adjust your plan.
