As a rider, I want to improve in 2006 upon my 2005 results, and help my team achieve the best year ever. As a coach, my main goal is to help my riders achieve their best season ever. Other goals are: to become certified in training with power, implement a coaching education program with the Colombian Cycling Federation, bring a group of Colombians to top NRC races in the USA, and develop a larger client base that expands across two continents.
Biography:
I was born in Popayan, Colombia. Interest for cycling began in 1983 when the first Colombian team rode the Tour de France. Then became a real fan in 1984 when Luis Herrera won the Alp D'Huez stage. Have been a fan ever since. Outside of cycling... mmhhh, I didn't know there was a world outside of cycling :) My interests involve applying engineering tools and analysis to improve cycling performance.
